Government revises FY18 GDP growth to 7.2% from 6.7% earlier


The Central Statistical Office (CSO), Ministry of Statistics and Programme implementation has revised the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) Growth forecast to 7.2% from earlier estimate of 6.7%.

IPS Rishi Kumar Shukla appointed as new CBI Director

Rishi Kumar Shukla, 1983 batch IPS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre, was appointed as the new director of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
