Madhumita Hazarika Bhagat appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Cyprus

Ms. Madhumita Hazarika Bhagat was appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Cyprus.

She is a 1999 batch Indian Foreign Service(IFS) Officer presently working as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs. She succeeds RK Raghavan.

 She is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
