Amit Shah Inaugurates North East Handloom and Handicraft Exhibition in Mizoram

Home Minister Amit Shah visit in Mizoram: Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the North East Handloom and Handicraft Exhibition 2019 in Aizawl Mizoram.

This first ever, three day North East Handloom and Handicraft Exhibition is fully funded by the North Eastern Council and hosted by the Government of Mizoram.

The North East Handloom & Handicraft Exhibition 2019 has been organized by the North East Council (NEC).

Inaugurated the North East Handloom and Handicraft Exhibition in Aizawl, Mizoram.

Handloom & Handicraft can play an important role in the growth and development of North East as it can generate huge employment opportunities in region.

Amit Shah, who is the chairman of North Eastern Council (NEC), also had a meeting with Mizoram chief minister Zoramthanga. During the meeting, Mizoram governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi and Assam finance minister & North East Democratic Alliance (NEDA) convenor Himanta Biswa Sarma were also present.

Union home minister Amit Shah on Saturday will visit the north eastern state of Mizoram. This will be Shah's first visit to the state after assuming charge.
