Sandeep Bakhshi re-appointment as ICICI Bank MD & CEO: The private sector leading ICICI Bank has announced that it has received the approval of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to reappoint Sandeep Bakhshi as Managing Director and chief executive officer (CEO).

Sandeep Bakhshi has been re-appointed as the MD and CEO of ICICI Bank for three years from October 4, 2023 to October 3, 2026. 

Bakhshi's reappointment was approved by shareholders at the ICICI Bank's Annual General Meeting.

About Sandeep Bakhshi ICICI Bank MD & CEO

Sandeep Bakhshi has held the position of MD and CEO since October 2018 and has been associated with ICICI Group since 1986. Prior to his appointment as MD & CEO, he was a Wholetime Director and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Bank.
