Asian Games 2018: India win 4x400M women's relay gold, men win silver

Indian athletes team Hima Das, MR Poovamma, SL Gayakwad and V Koroth wins gold medal in 4x400m women’s relay at the 18th edition of the Asian Games 2018 in Jakarta Indonesia. 

Indian team finished with a timing of 3:28:72 seconds to clinch gold medal in women's 4x400m relay race events.

Bahrain’s team finished with a timing of 3:30.61 seconds and Vietnam’s finished with ab timing of 3:33.23 seconds took the silver and bronze respectively.

The Indian men's team of Kunhu Muhammed Puthanpurakkal, Dharun Ayyasamy, Muhammed Anas Yahiya and Arokia Rajiv won silver with a timing of 3:01.85 second.
