Asian Games 2018: Jinson Johnson wins gold for India in men's 1500m race

India’s Jinson Johnson wins gold medal for India in men's 1500m race at the 18th edition of the Asian Games 2018 in Jakarta Indonesia. 

Jinson Johnson finished with a timing of 3:44.72 seconds to clinch gold medal in men's 1500m final race events.

Iran’s Amir Moradi finished with a timing of clocked 3:45.62 seconds to won silver medal in final events.

Bahrain’s Mohammed Tiouali finished with a timing of clocked 3:45.88 seconds to won bronze medal.

This is the second medal for Jinson Johnson at the Asian Games 2018 this year’s as he has clinched silver medal in the men’s 800m final events.

Another Indian in this games Manjit Singh, who won the gold in 800m, finished fourth position with a timing of 3:46.57 seconds.
