A. N. Jha appointed as the new Finance Secretary

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet on approved the appointment of AN Jha as the new Finance Secretary of Ministry of Finance.

A.N. Jha, 59, is a 1982-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of Manipur Tripura cadre.

Jha is currently serving as the Secretary in the Department of Expenditure.
