Russia honours PM Modi with highest civilian award - Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle
Russia has decided to confer the country's highest civilian award - 'Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle' on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, for promoting a special and privileged strategic partnership between Russian and India. (13th April 2019)
The Order of Saint Andrew The Apostle, the highest civilian honour of the Russia.
The Order of 'St Andrew the Apostle' is the highest order and the oldest state order of Russia.
This is the second international award the PM received this month, PM Modi honour the United Arab Emirates (UAE) country's highest civilian award "The Order of Zayed", for boosting bilateral relations between the two countries.
