Nomadic Elephant 2018 - 13th India, Mongolia joint exercise held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

13th India - Mongolia joint exercise Nomadic Elephant 2018 has been conducted at Mongolian Armed Forces (MAF) Five Hills Training Area in Ulaanbaatar. 

It is an annual bilateral military exercise, started in the year 2006.

The aim of the exercise is to develop mutual understanding and respect between the armies of both countries. The 12 days long joint exercise began on 10 Sep and will conclude on 21 Sep 2018.
