Odisha to host the 21st Commonwealth Table Tennis Championship 2019

The Odisha government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) and the Odisha State Table Tennis Association (OSTTA)  for hosting the 21st edition of the Commonwealth Table 2019.

It will be held from July 17-22, 2019 at the Jawaharlal Indoor Stadium in Cuttack, Odisha. 

Sports Secretary Vishal Kumar Dev signed the MoU with TTFI senior Vice-President S.N. Sultan and OSTTA President L.N. Gupta in the presence of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Sports Minister Tusharkanti Behera.

The tournament has received a good entry with 14 associations, consisting India, Singapore, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, England, Scotland, Wales, Jersey, Australia, Cyprus, South Africa, Nigeria, Pakistan.
