3-day winter session of Uttarakhand assembly to begin today: Quick Highlights 

The three-day winter session of Uttarakhand assembly will begin today. Uttarakhand Government will present the state's supplementary budget of 4,069 crore.

Uttarakhand assembly Speaker Prem Chand Agarwal said, MLAs will have to carry a Covid -19 test negative report with them to attend the session. He said sitting arrangement inside the house has been changed to ensure social distancing.
