  • The MoU envisages cooperation between APEDA and GBPUAT which would harness their respective expertise and resources for development of agriculture products exports from India.

6. India and China Bilateral trade crosses US $90 billion in the first three quarters of 2021
  • According to the nine-month data released by the Chinese customs, the bilateral trade between India and China stands at USD 90.37 billion by the end of September 2021, an increase of 49.3 per cent year-on-year (YoY).

10. Jammu and Kashmir achieves 100% coverage of first dose of COVID-19 vaccine
  • The Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has achieved the milestone of 100 percent coverage of first dose Covid Vaccine for the age group of above 18 years old across all 20 districts.

11. India’s COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage exceeds 97.14 Cr; Recovery Rate currently at 98.07%
  • With the administration of 30,26,483 vaccine doses in the last 24 hours, India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has exceeded 97.14 Cr (97,14,38,553) as per provisional reports till 7 am today.
  • Consequently, India’s recovery rate stands at 98.07%. Recovery Rate is currently at its highest peak since March 2020. 16,862 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours.
