1. GST Revenue collection for November 2021 recorded 1.31 lakh crore, 2nd highest ever

Finance Ministry: The gross GST (Goods and Services Tax) revenue collection for November 2021 recorded ₹ 1,31,526 lakh crore, second time high since implementation of GST.
The gross GST revenue collected in the month of November 2021 is ₹ 1,31,526 crore of which CGST is ₹ 23,978 crore, SGST is ₹ 31,127 crore, IGST is ₹ 66,815 crore (including ₹ 32,165 crore collected on import of goods) and Cess is ₹ 9,606 crore (including ₹ 653 crore collected on import of goods).

2. India-ITU Joint Cyberdrill 2021 commences

Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and International Telecommunication Union (ITU) have commenced India-ITU Joint Cyberdrill 2021. This Cyberdrill is intended for Indian entities especially Critical Network Infrastructure operators. It is a four days virtual event starting from 30 November to 3 December 2021.

Uttarakhand Assembly Elections 2022: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Dehradun and inaugurate & lay the foundation stone of multiple projects worth around Rs 18,000 crore on 4th December, 2021. A significant focus of the visit will be on projects to improve road infrastructure, which will make travel smooth and safer, and also increase tourism in the region. This is in line with the vision of the Prime Minister to boost connectivity in the areas which were once considered far-flung.

6. India’s COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage exceeds 124.96 Cr; Recovery Rate currently at 98.35%

With the administration of 80,35,261vaccine doses in the last 24 hours, India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has exceeded 124.96 Cr (1,24,96,19,515) as per provisional reports till 7 am today.
The recovery of 8,548 patients in the last 24 hours has increased the cumulative tally of recovered patients (since the beginning of the pandemic) to 3,40,37,054.
Consequently, India’s recovery rate stands at 98.35%. 9,765 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours.
