The shareholders of National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) approved the reappointment of Dilip Asbe as the Managing Director (MD) and chief executive officer (CEO).

Earlier Dilip Asbe was appointed as the new CEO-in-charge of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) in August 2017 following the retirement of former MD and CEO AP Hota.
