Indian Air Force to participate in Exercise Desert Flag VIII
An Indian Air Force contingent of 110 Air Warriors has arrived at Al Dhafra air base of United Arab Emirates for participating in Exercise Desert Flag VIII.
The IAF would be participating with five LCA Tejas and two C-17 Globemaster III aircraft. This is the first occasion when the LCA Tejas shall participate in an international flying exercise outside India.
About Exercise Desert Flag
Exercise Desert Flag is a multilateral air exercise in which Air Forces from UAE, France, Kuwait, Australia, UK, Bahrain, Morocco, Spain, Republic of Korea, and USA would also be participating. The exercise is scheduled from 27 February 23 to 17 March 2023.

The aim of the exercise is to participate in diverse fighter engagements and learn from the best practices of various Air Forces.
Crown Prince and Princess of Denmark on a four-day visit to India
The Crown Prince of Denmark Frederik André Henrik Christian and Crown Princess Mary Elizabeth arrived in New Delhi this morning on a four-day visit.
The visit of the Royal Couple will be the first visit from the Danish Royal family in two decades. They are visiting India on the invitation of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar.

PM Modi to visit Karnataka on 27th Feb 2023
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Karnataka on 27th February, 2023. The Prime Minister will undertake a walkthrough and inspect Shivamogga Airport, after which, PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of multiple projects at Shivamogga.

Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari inaugurated and laid foundation stone for 5 National Highway projects of 212 km length at Nanded worth Rs. 1,575 Crore, 3 National Highway projects worth Rs 1,058 crore and 75 km length at Parbhani, and National Highway project worth Rs 1,037.4 crore in Hingoli, Maharashtra.
These projects will improve connectivity of Marathwada region with Telangana and Karnataka. The projects will help in improving industrial and agricultural development along with connecting religious places and promoting tourism.
