PM Modi to release 13th instalment of Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) 

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release Rs 2000 each to farmers under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme (PM-KISAN) scheme today. A total of more than Rs. 16,800 crores will be deposited directly in the accounts of more than eight crore farmers under the Scheme.

Key Highlights  

The highly anticipated release of the PM-KISAN 13th instalment, in conjunction with the Indian Railways and the Jal Jeevan Mission, will take place at Belagavi, Karnataka.

The 11th and 12th instalments under the Scheme were given in May and October last year. With the release of the 13th instalment, the government has continued its commitment to support India's farmers and help them achieve their livelihood goals.


Air Force Exercise Cobra Warrior 2023 to be held in UK from 6-24 March

The Multinational Air Force Exercise Cobra Warrior 2023 hosted by Royal Air Force at the Waddington Air Force Base in the United Kingdom. The exercise is scheduled from 06 March 23 to 24 March 2023.

Indian Air Force to participate in Exercise Cobra Warrior 2023 in UK 

An Indian Air Force contingent comprising 145 Air Warriors participated in Exercise Cobra Warrior in the United Kingdom. 

The IAF is participating in the exercise this year with five Mirage 2000 fighters, two C-17 Globemaster III and an IL-78 mid air refueller aircraft. The aim of the exercise is to participate in diverse fighter aircraft engagements and learn from the best practices of various Air Forces.....Read More


President Droupadi Murmu to inaugurate 14th Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav at Bikaner 

The President of India Draupadi Murmu will inaugurate and address the 14th edition of Sanskriti Mahotsav being held in Bikaner, Rajasthan today.

The 9-days long festival is being organized for the first time in Rajasthan. The objective of the festival is to preserve, promote and popularize the rich cultural heritage of the country.


PM Narendra Modi to inaugurate Shivamogga Airport today 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Shivamogga Airport in Karnataka.

The new airport is developed at a cost of around Rs 450 crore. The Passenger Terminal Building of the airport can handle 300 Passengers per hour.


Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on a four-day visit to Sikkim

ICC T20 Women World Cup 2023: Australia lift ICC Women's T20 World Cup Trophy

Australia has won the ICC T20 Women's World Cup trophy for the sixth time after defeating South Africa by 19 runs at Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town.

Chasing the target of 157 runs for victory, the South African team could only manage 137 runs at the loss of six wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
