India achieves major milestone of ‘100 crore COVID-19 vaccinations: In a historic achievement, the cumulative COVID-19 vaccine doses administered in the country has surpassed the 100-crore milestone.

Consequently, India’s recovery rate stands at 98.15%. Recovery Rate is currently at 98.15% its highest peak since March 2020. 18,454 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours.

According to the Union Health Ministry, more than 48 lakh vaccine doses were administered in the last 24 hours.

India's Active caseload stands at one lakh 78 thousand 831. Active cases account for less than one per cent of total cases and it is currently at 0.52 per cent, the lowest since March last year.

A total of 17 thousand 561 people recovered from the infection in the last 24 hours and with this, total recoveries touched three crore 34 lakh 95 thousand and 808

The Weekly Positivity Rate at 1.34% remains less than 3% for the last 118 days now. The Daily Positivity rate reported to be 1.48%. The daily Positivity rate has remained below 3% for the last 52 days and below 5% for 135 consecutive days now.
