Delhi Elections 2020: Election Commission announces Delhi Assembly elections will be held on February 8, results on 11 February

Delhi Elections 2020: Election Commission of India (ECI) announced single phase assembly elections on all 70 seats in Delhi. The polling for the Delhi Assembly elections will be held on February 8 and the results will come on February 11.

According to the Chief Election Commissioner Sunil Arora the notification for the polls will be issued on January 14 while the last date of withdrawal of candidature will be January 24.

A total of 1,46,92,136 electors are eligible to vote for the Delhi Assembly Elections 2020. Term of current Delhi assembly expires on February 22, 2020.

• Last day of nomination: 21st January
• Scrutiny of nominations: 22nd January
• Last date for withdrawal of candidature: 24th January
